  • Fitness Classes

    Sign up for our out door fitness class in Mississauga, Ontario. Modified for each person and fitness level.

  • Hikes

    Join us for guided hikes. We travel around Southern Ontario from the Bruce Trail to the Haliburton Highlands.

  • Cross Country Skiing and Snow Shoeing

    Join us in the Haliburton Highlands this winter for some cross country skiing along some fantastic groomed trails. We can set you up with equipment and help you get started.
